Who We Are

arnoldi:mcpherson is Niagara's first Social Media Strategy company. It is clear that the social media isn't just for kids anymore. Social media is forever changing the way businesses and organizations are communicating with their customers and clients.

For over 12 years Janice Arnoldi and Robin McPherson have been partners in Original Individuals a successfull web design and strategy firm with major corporate, not for profit and small business clients. With our previous experiences in radio journalism, corporate communications, customer relations, visual arts and information architecture and usability, we have naturally evolved into a social media strategy company.

Janice is a former radio journalist and worked in corporate communications for Ontario Hydro and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce. She has taught new media at the International Academy of Design in Toronto and at Niagara College. janice@arnoldimcpherson.com

Robin's focus is on analyzing, researching and studying the world of social media and is always looking at new social tools and how they can be applied to different situations and clients.

Robin is currently the Co-Chair of the City of St. Catharines Heritage Committee and a member of the City's War of 1812 Committee. Robin studied history at the University of Toronto, adult education at Niagara College and photography at Sheridan College. She also taught new media at the International Academy of Design.
